Number 3

I would like to preface this by saying that the things I am thankful for will appear in no particular order.  I think it's much more interesting to do it this way. 

Sometimes it's the little things that give us joy.  Today I am thankful that my jeans fit.  That might sound shallow, but hear me out. 

On October 24th, McDonalds just finished up their month-long Monopoly marketing ploy which is designed to suck patrons into the store, sometimes more than once a day, who hope to win money and prizes.  I was one of those foolish Americans along with my friend Adam.  The end result was us winning 38 food prizes, 60 photo prints from Snapfish, $10 toward an EA Sports video game, and exactly zero dollars.

I also won just enough extra weight to prevent my jeans from fitting.

You can imagine the thrill I experienced this morning when trying on a pair and realizing I could get them buttoned without looking like a busted can of biscuits.
